Office Space Available

Since 2002, Scott Technology Center has offered a variety of workspaces. Large and small entities have occupied the space and taken advantage of the close proximity to the University of Nebraska Omaha Colleges of Information Technology and Business, as well as the Omaha campus for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Engineering. In addition, more than 500 student internships that have taken place within the Scott Technology Center campus.

Our office space options

Office / Laboratory Suites (1,000 to 10,000 square feet): Hard-walled, separate offices that provide private working space for large and small entities alike.

Co-working / collaborative open work environment: The “Great Scott Lab” is a dedicated space within the Scott Technology Center where smaller teams can work in a co-working environment. The space provides five conference rooms, a shared kitchen, AV technology, Wi-Fi, and furniture for nomadic working teams.

Cubicles / hot seats: Semi-private, lockable cubicles are available. The cubicles are 8 by 8 feet and have approximately 7-foot high walls with a lockable sliding door. A desk, chair and file drawers are included with each cubicle.

Conference rooms and common areas

Conference rooms: Four conference rooms are available for use with reservations made through the campus administrative office.

Common area collaboration spaces: Several collaborative areas exist throughout the Scott Technology Center. These locations can be used by businesses and college students for impromptu meetings, study sessions, project collaboration and more.
